Project Runway Party..

Anyone who knows me knows that I am a huge fan of Project runway and Fashion!

I got a call from a dear friend of mine who left me the greatest message!!

She was telling me at my birthday party bowling night (which Ally by the way your blog has thee funniest pictures from that night) she was telling me that her jewelry line she designs is going to be showcased at Jerells boutique he is going to be opening. http://jezebel.com/photogallery/projrunjerrel/1003569082

Jerell Scott was almost made the 3rd finalist but lost it. Anyway I was telling her how much I loved his stuff and how he was robbed!!!

ANYWAY to the good stuff.

She left me a message and this Wednesday is his opening Boutique Party and she was telling him about me and how I'm a fan and he said to bring me to the party!!!!!!!!!

The project runway cast is going to be there showing stuff as well and my friend gets to have her jewelry there too. I also get to meet a bunch of other fashionista's and stylistas!!

I can hardly contain myself. So she asked me if I want to go and of course I said Hell Yes.. I am excited.

IMS (International Motorcycle Show)

So I am completely Exhausted from the IMS show this weekend. I really feel like I was at a scooter rally. I was in charge of the Vespa scooter ride demos. Our Moto Guzzis and Aprilias stole the show though. So much fun and Mayhem all in one...however I am on day 7 of straight work and I got 5 more to go before I have a day off. I know Friday I am going to be having a hard time to roll out of bed. Anyway I forgot my camera and was just too busy to really take any photos except at the end of today..I stayed out of all pictures because frankly My hair was looking a mess and I had grime from exhaust smoke blowing in my face and also being beaten by hot weather yesterday than being wind blown today I knew they would not be good.
All in all the demos went ok except for the Shiver that got banged up from a demo rider that was not paying attention to gravel in the road, the other demo guy that got stranded on the side of the road cause he ran over a nail and got a flat tire and the gal and Vespa I had to pick up in the company truck to take to the hospital (which turned out to be home instead) after she collided with a Harley rider on one of ourVespa's...gads that's another story!! (witnesses say it was her fault)..anyways that's all folks I am going to BED!

Ava's Reflection

So I was going through my files to send to get developed for some scrapbooking and came across this video I did of Ava. I been collecting Peek a Blocks for her and she loves the mirrored one and I had it up to her and she would start babbling at herself..anyway it was night and before bed so it is pretty dark but it is a crack up!

PAUL FRANK SALE

So today I am going to the big Annual Paul Frank Warehouse sale.
Their company is right down the street from where I work and my friend used to be the merchandiser for the small paul line however they shut down their buisness and is now I think soley going to be doing childrens clothing only now. Anyway everything must go in their HUGE warehouse cause they are moving. They have the best kids clothing for like 3-10 bucks!! purses for like 8 -15 bucks, luggage,toys,towels,jackets,eyewear,belts,etc it can go on forever. It is huge and usually nothing in there for over 18 bucks!!
I cannot wait!
It is also open to the public tomorrow and Saturday but I am going to the friends and family deal today before the public comes ..My friend brought me 2 passes this morning!!
I can't wait now too cause I get to buy cute girl small paul clothes that i see every year but had no girls to shop for WOOT!!!

UPDATE* I just got back from the Paul Frank sale...I got some awesome stuff !. I think my best buy was the Paul Frank kids furniture

I got the Uroll for 49.00!! Usually 175.00..the Softy Table was 75.00 and the small paul Julius Pad a meesly 49.00!!

I bought Ava about 7 oput fits and Parker about 7 shirts and a package of boys underwear and a few other little xmas gifts for my baby cousins. for 135.00!! Not too Shabby

Top Chef

I am soo addicted to Top Chef...only real problem is that it makes me hungry every time I see it.

Anyhoo it just made me think how I need to dine at a few spots soon...

DRAINED!

So I've come to realize that I will not have a day off until the 13Th of December! I feel so worn out and stuck at work. I have so many responsibilities and feel that I simply just cannot catch up with my work. Every time I try and work on one project I get slammed with another one and all the meanwhile as I am working on mind numbing projects I am answering phones, answering emails, assisting co workers and having constant meetings with my bosses and overlooking the set up of the new building.

I am working all weekend at the IMS (International Motorcycle Show) in Long Beach from 7-7! Than all next week my boss is going to be in New York for a week and Than the following week Italy and than going on vacation until after the new year! Than another couple of employees are taking time off for the holidays. I don't know HOW the heck we are going to clear out our office that we are in now that is basically completely full of crap and be out by the 31st and moved into the new building. I just don't see it happening Especially over the holidays when so many of the staff are out.

I just hope and pray that my bosses see the hard work I do and consider me for a raise or at least some sort of gratitude for the hard work I do cause sometimes I feel that no one even notices.

An afternoon at Downtown Disney

So yesterday we went over to Downtown Disney and did some shopping than took the kids over to the Rain Forest Cafe. I had this panama punch cocktail they serve there..OH MAN was it good.
Ava was very stimulated by everything. She especially liked this Tinker bell doll at the World of Disney store and the ROUND mickey mouse pillow stuffed animal. I don't know what it is but she just LOVES stuffed animals. Well than again she didn't care for some she just really liked the girls she didn't mind the Pinocchio doll.

She was quite popular too at downtown Disney. Everyone stopped to smile and chat with her and let her know how stylish she was.
