I been really lagging on staying in shape and working on my healthier lifestyle goal.
I was doing so good but with all the parties and get togethers my journey on a healthy road has suddenly came to a dead end.
I have come to the point that I just have No energy. I have constant food cravings (no I'm not pregnant) and they always come after 6pm which is thee worst time to start snacking. I have been getting some serious bloating, muscle fatigue, headaches and dehydration.
My weekly Saturday walks with the girls has came to a hault and by gone it I need to get back on track. I have really (now this may be TMI) been considering getting a colonic. I just wish I can find someone who has done it to get their feedback on it. My friends friend of a friend had it and lost like 10 lbs afterwards and had a burst of energy and overall sense of well being. I WANT THAT! I considered Taking Pills to help shed that crap out of ya but I just don't know..I need to do more research.
Well time to go from Drab to Fab
